If you look at the market for LiFePO4 batteries as a whole and compare well-known manufacturers on the scene, you quickly realize that Supervolt batteries are by no means the most “expensive” on the market.
And of course there are many more suppliers whose prices are lower than ours.
At Supervolt, we try to keep our prices fair for our customers. We offer our customers a lot of added value compared to significantly cheaper providers – logically, we have to adjust our prices accordingly.

Prismatic Grade A LiFePO4 cells
The investment in Supervolt batteries pays off for our customers in the long term. You will enjoy the batteries for a long time because we only install brand new A grade cells from well-known manufacturers such as EVE, SVOLT or Gotion with maximum service life and performance.
Grade A means that the cells are brand new and have passed all the tests carried out by the cell manufacturer. The cells are checked for the following parameters, among others: Capacity, self-discharge rate, voltage, internal resistance, service life, cycling behavior and more.

So that our customers can be sure that they will only find the highest quality cells in Supervolt batteries, we have gone one step further and developed a tool that is unique in the industry: The Supervolt Battery Checker.
Supervolt Battery Checker
This tool can be used to check every single Supervolt battery (from year of manufacture 2024) and the installed cells in great detail. The following parameters can be viewed:
– Capacity on delivery
– Production date of the battery
– Manufacturer information for each individual cell!
– Serial number & production date of the cells

Powerful battery management system (BMS)
The battery management system (BMS for short) is the “brain” of a LiFePO4 battery.
It controls and protects all the cells installed in the battery. The BMS also regulates the maximum discharge and charge current.
By the way: This is what it looks like inside a cheap “no-name” LiFePO4 battery:
- Thin cables
- Pouch cells
- Construction foam to stabilize the cells
- Weak BMS

We install reliable and powerful BMS units in Supervolt batteries, which protect the batteries from failure and guarantee a high level of cable extraction and absorption.
BMS protective functions
Lithium batteries are dangerous goods under transportation law. This makes it all the more important that you buy a product you can trust.
If the BMS does not trigger the overload protection, for example, a fire may occur.
We only use the highest quality B
Our BMS units have the following protective functions:
- Overload protection
- Deep discharge protection
- Overvoltage protection
- Protection against short circuits
- Temperature protection (charging process is interrupted at temperatures below 0°C – discharging continues to work down to -30°C)
All these protective functions ensure that the lithium battery can be expected to have a significantly longer service life.
BMS performance
One of the most important differences between the numerous suppliers of LiFePO4 batteries is their performance. This refers to the maximum current draw and current consumption.
Simply put: How much W (watts) or A (amperes) can the battery deliver (discharge) and draw (charge) in continuous power?
Low-budget providers usually have a BMS with low performance data – you should definitely compare here – especially if you want to operate large consumers (e.g. inverters).
Performance data of the Supervolt batteries
In the table above you can see the performance data for our Supervolt batteries. Even our smallest 105 Ah battery in DIN format manages a constant discharge of 160A – even 250A in the short term. This corresponds to approx. 2000W continuous current draw. This means that this battery alone can power a 2000W inverter permanently.
In concrete terms, this means Supervolt batteries manage without any problems hairdryers, toasters, kettles, coffee machines and more.
Smaller BMS units from cheaper competitors fail with large consumers.
Supervolt Bluetooth app
With our self-programmed Supervolt BMS app, we offer our customers decisive added value.
All our batteries can be connected to the app via Bluetooth. All the important parameters of the Supervolt batteries can be viewed in the app.
Of course, several batteries can also be connected and monitored at the same time. This means you always have an overview of all batteries.
If there are any updates for your Supervolt batteries, they can be easily downloaded and updated via the app.

Cell balancing - active and passive
Active and passive cell balancing is integrated in all Supervolt batteries. Cell balancing ensures that the installed prismatic cells remain at the same voltage level. Even small voltage deviations between the installed cells can lead to a significantly shorter service life of the lithium battery over a longer period of time.
Thanks to double cell balancing, you can be sure that Supervolt batteries are optimally balanced and therefore achieve the maximum service life
5 year guarantee
We give you a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty! In the event of a warranty claim within the 5 years, we will ensure that the battery is replaced without any complications.
Advantage for our customers: No worries about possible warranty claims and that far beyond the statutory 2 years!
RJ45 interfaces
Another special feature of Supervolt batteries (except Ultra series) are the integrated RJ45 interfaces.
With these interfaces, our batteries can be connected to many different networks and thus transmit the BMS data directly.

- CI BUS
- LIN BUS
- NMEA2000
- and more
We also include an on/off switch for each battery. This is plugged into port 1. The switch can be used to switch the battery off and on again. There is then no more voltage on the terminals!

Compact (DIN) size
All Supervolt batteries (except 480Ah JUMBO) are in a compact DIN housing. Thanks to the prismatic cells used, we get the most out of the available space.
Thanks to the standardized DIN battery housings, you can be sure that our batteries will fit when changing AGM or lead batteries.
For example, two of our DIN batteries always fit under the seat of a Fiat Ducato – e.g. 2x 180Ah POLAR.
Fully certified
The subject of certificates is becoming increasingly important – forinsurance cover, personal safety and, in future, for the TÜV.
Supervolt batteries are fully certified and meet all the necessary safety standards.
