What is mains priority switching?
Priority switching in an inverter, also known as grid priority switching (NVS), is a function that ensures that the inverter automatically switches to the power supply from the grid as soon as it is available. This means that the inverter only supplies power from the batteries when no grid power is available. As soon as grid power is available, it is used preferentially to supply your loads with power and at the same time conserve the batteries.
