Current offers:
Part-time accountant (m/f/d) wanted – flexible & remote
Do you have experience in accounting and enjoy working in a structured and independent manner? Then you’ve come to the right place! We are looking for motivated support for our accounting department – flexible, digital and long-term.
Your tasks:
- Posting receipts (incoming and outgoing)
- Payment reconciliation (Billbee, BuchhaltungsButler, bank)
- Credit notes for returns, VAT, Jotform etc.
- Shipping controlling & returns management (Trello)
- Dunning (fortnightly)
- VAT returns & payroll accounting (monthly)
- OSS/ZM reports (quarterly)
- Balance reconciliation debtors/creditors
- Preparation of annual financial statements with tax consultant
What you should bring with you:
- Experience in accounting (DATEV, Buchhaltungsbutler etc.)
- Understanding of e-commerce processes
- Structured, independent way of working
- Confident in using digital tools (Trello, Zendesk, Billbee)
