If your battery does not work as expected, please first check page 10 ff. of the operating instructions to see if your error & solution are described there. Link to the operating instructions.
If your charger, inverter, charging booster etc. does not work, you will find the instructions at the bottom of the product page. The instructions already contain some solutions for the vast majority of problems.
If the problem cannot be solved in this way, please fill in a problem description using the form under the following link. Most problems can be solved very easily. Once you have completed the form, we will get back to you within a few working days.
